Do we ship worldwide?
Yes, we do. Here are the shipping costs for different parts of the world.
 
How do we process and ship orders?
Every order placed until 15:00 PM (Central European Time) is picked, packed and made ready for shipping on the same day that it has been placed. Once the package is ready it is picked up by a courier and shipped. Delivery times are affected by the location, weekends, holidays but normally all orders are received within 1-9 business days. Once an order is shipped you will receive an e-mail with tracking information.

How do I track my order?
Once the order is shipped you will receive an e-mail with tracking information and you can check the order status and everything else shipping related in the same e-mail or our courier’s website.

What to do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact Customer Support for help. Any damaged items have to be reported within 7 days of delivery. We may request pictures to file a damage claim. 
 
What to do if there are missing items from my order?
Please contact Customer Support for help. Any missing items have to be reported within 7 days of delivery.
 
What to do if I haven’t received my order?
If the tracking information shows that the order is ‘’delivered’’ and you haven’t received the order, please contact Customer Support for help. We may request to fill out some information about your order so we can file a missing order claim on your behalf.
 
Can I change or cancel my order?
No, once an order is placed, it’s not possible to cancel or make changes. Make sure all the information is correct before placing an order.
